These terms cover your use of Auto Blogger Pro ("ABP"), operated by AI Software Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using ABP you agree to them.
ABP generates blog content and images with AI and publishes or queues them to WordPress sites you connect, on a schedule you set. It can also read your Google Search Console data if you connect it.
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are currently opened by us; sign-up is not open to the public.
You must own or be authorised to manage every site you connect. You are responsible for the content that is published to your sites, including checking it before or after it goes live. AI-generated text can contain mistakes, so review facts, claims, prices, names and any legal or medical statements. To the extent the law allows, you own the content ABP generates for you. AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in every country, and we make no promise that it is. You give us permission to process your content as needed to run the service.
ABP's software, design and everything else we provide as part of the service remain ours. These terms give you the right to use ABP while your account is open; they do not transfer any ownership of the software to you.
Do not use ABP to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, to publish fake reviews, testimonials or credentials, to attack or overload any system, or to access another person's account or data.
ABP relies on third parties such as AI providers, WordPress and Google. Their availability and terms are outside our control. If you supply your own API keys, you pay those providers directly under their terms.
We aim to keep ABP running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or stop features, and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
ABP is not currently offered for sale and has no fees. If that changes, we will update these terms before charging anyone.
ABP is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for ranking or traffic outcomes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above, and for material changes we will tell account holders by email. Using ABP after a change means you accept the updated terms.
