Auto Blogger Pro ("ABP") is a private tool that writes and publishes blog content to WordPress sites that you connect. It is operated by AI Software Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what data ABP stores, what it does with it, and how you can have it deleted.
If you choose to connect Google Search Console, ABP asks for two permissions: read-only access to your Search Console data, and your Google account email address. ABP cannot change anything in your Search Console. We store the connection tokens, the list of sites you select, and the search performance figures we fetch (pages, queries, clicks, impressions and position). We use them to show you how your content is performing, to find pages that are declining, and to suggest improvements to your own content.
You can disconnect at any time in ABP. Disconnecting deletes the stored connection (tokens, email and selected sites) and the Search Console figures and insights we saved for you. It does not revoke ABP's access on Google's side, so you should also remove ABP at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
ABP's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features you see in ABP. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not let people read it except where you ask for support, where it is needed for security, or where the law requires it.
To write content, ABP sends your campaign settings, prompts and, when you use those features, parts of your own site content to AI providers. For text these are OpenAI and Anthropic. For images, ABP can use fal.ai, Replicate and Pixazo. When you ask ABP for improvement suggestions based on Search Console data, the relevant page titles and search queries may be included in what is sent.
OpenAI states that data sent to its API is not used to train its models unless the customer opts in. Anthropic states that it does not use inputs or outputs from its API to train its models by default. We have not verified an equivalent statement from fal.ai, Replicate or Pixazo, and fal.ai's terms say it may use customer input to improve its services and models. Image prompts are generated from your post titles and topics.
ABP sends account emails (for example verification and password reset) through Resend. Your content is also sent to your own WordPress sites when ABP publishes. We do not sell your data and do not show advertising.
ABP runs on a virtual server rented from OVH Hosting, Inc., in its Beauharnois, Quebec, Canada data centre. Your data is kept in a PostgreSQL database on that server for as long as your account exists. We take a daily backup of the ABP database and keep recent copies on our server for up to 14 days. We also sometimes take manual copies before maintenance work; those stay on our server until we delete them, and we delete them when you ask.
You can delete your account inside ABP (it asks for your password). Deleting it removes your account and the sites, campaigns, schedules, queue, content history, settings, saved keys and Google connection linked to it. A few kinds of records are not removed automatically, such as generation logs, cached Search Console figures and competitor analyses linked to your account. Email sauten@gmail.com and we will delete those, and anything else you ask us to, by hand. Posts already published to your WordPress sites stay there; they are yours.
Passwords are stored as hashes, the API keys you enter in Settings are encrypted, and ABP is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise otherwise. If we learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you.
ABP is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Contact: sauten@gmail.com.
